The raffle is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the sponsor or its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Entries will be accepted starting July 15, 2025 at 12:01 AM PT and ending October 1st, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT.
You may enter by purchasing a ticket through the official website or by submitting an email entry with your name, email, address and phone number.
Once the artwork’s full appraised value is reached through ticket sales, it will be raffled off to participants. Any funds raised beyond that value will be donated to a designated charitable cause. This ensures transparency, honors the value of the piece, and allows the excess to make a meaningful impact.
One (1) winner will receive a verified and authenticated artwork with an approximate fair market value as determined at the time of the promotion. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. Please allow up to four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date of winner confirmation for prize delivery.
Winner will be selected in a random drawing 7 days after the raffle has been closed. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 5 business days or forfeit the prize.
Winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility, provide a valid government-issued ID, and may be subject to a background check.
By entering, you grant the sponsor the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, and participants waive the right to a class-action lawsuit.
